VH1 brings more DRAMA with "Football Wives"

Following the success of "Basketball Wives", VH1 has revealed the cast of its followup show "Football Wives". I have no idea who some of these chicks are, but I am too excited for Pilar Sanders, wife of football legend Deion Sanders. They look like a pretty rowdy bunch, I'm sure they'll be lots of drama.

SN: The third season of The Real Housewives of ATL will premiere October 4 on Bravo at 9/8c. Housewife Lisa Wu will only appear on a few episodes of the hit show after deciding that she didn't want to create the drama the producers wanted her to. Your favorite housewives Sheree, NeNe, Kim, and Kandi are returning to the show with the addition of new housewives Cynthia Bailey and Phaedra Parks.

Let the games begin!!!

Tyler Perry keeps doing it bigger and better. His next project, a film titled "For Color Girls" is an adaption from Ntozake Shange 20 poem collection "For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf." The Popular poem deals with a variety of hardships and how they impact African-American women such as, love, abandonment, rape, and abortion.

The films cast includes Thandie Newton, Whoopi Goldberg, Kerry Washington, Anika Noni Rose, Loretta Devine, Kimberly Elise, Phylicia Rashad, and one of my favorites, Janet Jackson.

I belive it's safe to say Perry went all out. I can't wait for this movie to hit the theaters. =)

Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyley join the judges panel for the upcoming season of American Idol. I honestly haven't watched Idol since Fantasia won, but I may have to take a peek this season just to see my boo J.Lo.

Maybe this stint will help revive her career. Tyler is an ICON, he doesn't need reviving.

FeFe Dobson rocking it OUT!

I don't know about ya'll, but I am too excited to have FeFe Dobson back on the scene. Dobson stepped away from the spotlight after her successful hit song "Take Me Away" due to creative issues with her label.

There are supposed rumors that Rhianna came and stole her spot, but those have yet to be confirmed. I must admit that their styles are somewhat similar...but that's just my honest opinion. =)

Her new album entitled "JOY" is set to be released this fall. WELCOME BACK BOO!!!

Christina Aguilera recently released her 4th album titled BIONIC and the beats are sick. The 18 song cd covers all types of genres; R&B, pop, techno, and synthpop. My girl X-Tina really stepped out the box with this one and I believe her fans will appreciate it.

Can I just get a yasssssssssssssss to Willow Smith. This young girl is getting her life right now and I love it. First, she shocks the world with her sense of style and now she just laid this track on the world that has me jamming in my chair.

The single "Whip My Hair" from the 9yr old Smith has hit the airwaves and it is FIYAH!!! The industry better watch out, she's about to tear some careers out the frame.
